How it works
1) Import → inbox (staging)
Import bank and tax accounts from CSV or Excel. Everything lands in an inbox first. Nothing is posted automatically.
Why? Because “imported the wrong file” should be a non-event.
2) Post line-by-line or in bulk — with control
Pick an account per line, or use rules/suggestions. Then post when you’re happy.
Provocative but true: If a system can mass-post without you understanding what’s happening, it’s not “smart”. It’s dangerous.
3) Multi-currency without headaches
Invoices in EUR, USD, GBP? No problem.
- Post in base currency
- Store transaction currency + exchange rate
- Handle FX differences correctly (gain/loss accounts)
